This popular event has been running since 1975.

The Week offers a mix of golf competitions and local entertainment. It regularly attracts around 100 participants to Royal Deeside and the beautiful village of Ballater.

Partners are arranged for all golfing events so there is no need to worry about attending on your own, the friendly staff and club members are always happy to help during your visit.

As part of your package daily tuition is provided by our PGA Professional, Bill Yule.

Maximum playing handicaps are 36 for ladies and 28 for gents.  Disability handicaps are at the discretion of the committee.

The 2027 event commences on Saturday 8th May.

Registration day - join the Ballater members in their weekly sweeper.
In the evening join the other participants at the Welcome Dinner (Price tbc)

Championship 1st Round - Division 1 Stroke play ; Division 2 Stableford
Whisky and Wine Tasting

Free day. Why not take the chance to explore the many attractions the area has to offer or golf at Royal Balmoral for a nominal green fee.  (Balmoral Castle is His Majesty King Charles' Scottish holiday residence)

Local band providing Country and Western musical entertainment

Friday 14th May
Mixed Greensomes
Longest drive ~ Nearest the pin ~ enjoy a "Tipple at the 13th" before you attempt the "Shot across the Dee"
